  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing us at to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

When does this policy not apply?

  1. Customised orders are exempt from being returned.
  2. Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
  3. When 14 calendar days has passed since item was delivered.
  4. Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.


  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. Banking details will be required as we cannot refund your credit card or debit card if your return is approved,
  4. Proof of refund will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received the refund within 3 days, please check your bank account. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
