Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing us at info@saffricon.com to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
When does this policy not apply?
- Customised orders are exempt from being returned.
- Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
- When 14 calendar days has passed since item was delivered.
- Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Banking details will be required as we cannot refund your credit card or debit card if your return is approved,
- Proof of refund will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received the refund within 3 days, please check your bank account. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@saffricon.com
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
